In a moment of over-awareness of the bad news of the day, I began hoping that the Jesus would return really soon - like NOW - but then I remembered the admonition in the Bible to keep on praising God in the midst of any storm. We are definitely in a stormy period of time; wars and rumors of war, natural disasters, deviancy running rampant, etc.
May I take this opportunity to encourage you to snuggle in reeeeally close to the Lord, and praise Him for the great things that He has done in your life, and the lives of those close to you. :)
