Just before Jesus was taken away from earth, He said that He would not leave us as orphans. He said that He would send the Holy Spirit to comfort, guide, and remind us of everything that we need to walk the rest of our lives for Him.
Also considering Isaiah 28:10, we can be assured that the Lord will not give us a mountain to be moved or removed without guiding us step by step through-out the process.
I am a guy, and us guys are sometimes fortunate to be given just one task at a time. That comforts me. :)
